For its Fallfest 2026 staff celebration, One Degree Organic Foods took the team out to the farm, and Instant Moments brought a corporate photo booth to Abbotsford to match the season. From noon to 3 pm, staff stepped up to a rustic wood backdrop in the barn at Maan Farms and walked away with a printed Fallfest keepsake, pumpkins and all.
A returning client and a fall-themed brief
One Degree’s People & Culture team first booked us for a staff event in January, so this was a familiar team and an easy planning process. The brief for Fallfest was simple: keep it fall-themed and add some pumpkins. Their People & Culture team sent over the One Degree logo and the title, “Fallfest 2026”, and we took it from there.
The set: rustic wood at Maan Farms
Maan Farms is a family farm in Abbotsford with a barn that already feels like autumn, so we kept the setup natural. We chose a rustic wood plank backdrop to blend with the barn, and added a wine barrel prop table with signs for guests to grab. The booth itself is our sleek white open-air booth with a built-in printer beside it, lit with a soft umbrella light so every photo looks warm and even.
The Fallfest 2026 print template
Every guest got a custom print designed just for the day: a cream background framed with watercolour maple leaves, berries and pumpkins, a hand-lettered “Fallfest 2026” title across the top, and the One Degree Organic Foods logo front and centre at the bottom. Two photos per print gave everyone a chance for a classic pose and a fun one.
